About the role

Multiverse is an upskilling platform for AI and Tech adoption. The Talent Partner will own end-to-end recruitment for their roles, partner with hiring managers, and use data and market knowledge to drive high-quality hires as the company scales.

Responsibilities

  • Run recruiting for your roles end-to-end: attraction and sourcing, qualifying and hiring top talent for Multiverse.
  • Partner with hiring managers to qualify requirements, challenge assumptions using market data, and build a shared understanding of what good looks like.
  • Design structured interview and assessment processes for the roles you own.
  • Be an exceptional operator, running processes that focus on the very highest quality of hire as we scale, and leverage tech stack to support you.
  • Source through tools (Ashby, Claude, Gemini, Juicebox, Brighthire, LinkedIn) and build your own network and referrals.
  • Manage candidate relationships end-to-end: anticipate needs, tailor communication, provide high-quality feedback, own candidate experience and build talent pools.
  • Analyse pipeline data to identify where a hiring process breaks down and adjust sourcing/process accordingly.
  • Partner with colleagues across the People and Talent team to drive the right talent outcomes for Multiverse.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a recruiting or Talent Partner role, supporting multiple hiring managers, ideally in a scaling, highly agile business environment.
  • Credible partnership with managers and ability to advise using market knowledge.
  • Experience evaluating candidates, designing or improving structured assessments, and coaching managers.
  • Strong candidate relationship skills and ability to understand skills, motivations and decision criteria.
  • Comfort with data and using it alongside qualitative feedback to drive changes.
  • Highly motivated, autonomous, curious, and eager to learn.
  • Experience integrating AI into workflows and ensuring data hygiene for reliable tool outputs.
