About the role

Launch Trainers deliver onboarding and ongoing coaching for dental practices to adopt Dandy’s digital dentistry platform, combining live and virtual training with hands-on guidance to ensure successful practice adoption and ongoing engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead new practices through onboarding and ramp-up activities.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions virtually and on-site, tailored to each practice.
  • Demonstrate best practices in intraoral scanning and digital workflows with hands-on coaching.
  • Build credibility and clinical trust to drive early adoption.
  • Own each launch and ensure milestones are met from day one.
  • Provide post-launch coaching to refine workflows and overcome adoption barriers.
  • Monitor early scan quality and give constructive feedback to improve technique.
  • Identify gaps in product usage and conduct targeted follow-ups to close them.
  • Conduct First Case Monitoring sessions to reinforce best practices.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Support to improve the customer journey.
  • Recognize early wins and maintain momentum within practices.

Qualifications

  • Experience training on digital dental platforms or clinical technologies in a practice environment (iTero or Trios strongly preferred).
  • Hands-on knowledge of intraoral scanning and digital dental workflows.
  • Excellent teaching and facilitation skills; ability to simplify technical concepts and drive behavioral change.
  • Clear, confident communicator with outstanding virtual presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-first mindset; empathetic, patient, and skilled at building trust remotely.
  • Highly organized and accountable with a track record of owning outcomes and follow-through.
  • Quick learner, tech-savvy, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
  • Organized and efficient managing multiple trainings, follow-ups, and customer touchpoints.
  • Persuasive and supportive coach, skilled in encouraging behavior change and driving adoption.
