About the role

Producer responsible for external storytelling and event presence for ElevenLabs Impact, coordinating PR, agency management, social launches, documentary-style case studies, and event production. Focus on inclusive storytelling with a strong emphasis on accessibility and collaboration with Design, Comms, and Events teams.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate production of Impact's documentary case studies: travel and onsite filming, collaborate with external production teams, ensure story craft aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Work with subjects of case studies (many living with a disability) to ensure consent, access needs, and editorial input throughout all stages.
  • Plan and execute Impact's conferences and activations with the Events team, creating ROI-driven in-person moments with a storytelling angle.
  • Support Communications in telling Impact's story through PR, coordinating with Comms and PR agencies as needed, ensuring international stories are told well as the program scales globally.
  • Partner with Design to keep all video and static collateral on-brand and maintain high creative standards for Impact.
  • Maintain a consistent visual and narrative thread across launches, blog content, and ElevenLabs Summit presentations.
  • Draft copy for social and blog content, collaborating with Comms for final drafts and with Design on launch visuals.
  • Manage multiple concurrent launches, shoots, and events.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in production, events, or brand marketing.
  • Creative or production background (agency, marketing, in-house brand/content team, documentary or branded content) with comfort on set and in collaboration with Design.
  • Strong writing and visual taste; ability to determine on-brand and polished work.
  • Excellent project management, cross-functional logistics, and ability to juggle several production timelines.
  • Proven practical experience working with vulnerable communities, especially people with disabilities, and ensuring they are equal partners under tight timelines and high-pressure productions.
  • Willingness to travel for shoots and events.
