About the role

Senior Product Manager to own the Admin Workflows area of 1Password's Enterprise Password Manager (EPM), focusing on API-centric admin workflows, dashboards, reporting, notifications, account recovery, user confirmation workflows, and MCP capabilities, with cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, marketing, and GTM teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Admin Workflows area of 1Password's Enterprise Password Manager (EPM).
  • Champion API centric workflows and deliver features that help administrators manage, monitor, and support their organizations at scale.
  • Shape a roadmap spanning admin capabilities, admin dashboards and reporting, notification systems, account recovery and user confirmation workflows, and agentic (MCP) capabilities.
  • Connect deep platform decisions to customer and business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and GTM teams to ensure quality, security, and usability of the service.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience owning a product or a set of features and being responsible for its ultimate success, in B2B or enterprise software
  • Track record of shipping and improving software and driving business impact through the features or products you owned
  • Experience building for administrator or IT personas — workflows, dashboards, APIs, or enterprise governance capabilities
  • Strong experience with API first product design, API development, and API management workflows, with the technical depth to engage directly with system architecture and developer documentation
  • Action-bias that won't wait to create change
  • Obsession with internal and external customer problems, and ability to represent the voice of the customer to motivate the team
  • Strong presentation and leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills that scale from technical to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to inspire and bring together different teams and stakeholders to drive forward, solve problems, and remove roadblocks
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and use data — both qualitative and quantitative — to drive decision-making
  • Strong background and experience in cybersecurity
  • Experience training internal teams as part of bringing products to market, particularly sales, support, and customer success
