About the role

Remote internship (Canada/US) for 4 months (January–April 2027) in the Product Analytics squad. Focus on analyzing product usage, building dashboards, and supporting telemetry quality to enable data-informed product decisions at 1Password.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product Analytics and Data Science team members and product partners to define questions, success metrics, and measurement plans.
  • Analyze product usage and telemetry data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Communicate findings clearly through written analyses, presentations, and recommendations for product and cross-functional teams.
  • Build or improve dashboards, reports, and self-serve analyses using tools such as SQL, Looker, Amplitude, and Hex.
  • Support data quality and telemetry validation, helping ensure product data is reliable and well understood.
