About the role

Product Marketing Manager responsible for shaping Airwallex’s product understanding and adoption in the AMER region, aligning customer needs with product, commercial, and marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Define and refine positioning, messaging, and value propositions, then bring them to life through launches, enablement, and customer touchpoints across the website, email, content, decks, and more.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative insights from customers, channels, and product data to test hypotheses and make informed decisions.
  • Work with regional and global strategy, product, sales, marketing, operations, design, and data analytics teams to drive global impact.
  • Drive go-to-market campaigns that grow product adoption and usage.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing, or product strategy at a fast-growing technology company
  • Experience working with regional commercial and marketing teams to launch go-to-market campaigns that grow product adoption and usage
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts simply
  • A track record of collaborating across sales, operations, design, marketing, product, and data analytics teams to drive impact
  • A self-starter mindset: you can identify and prioritize opportunities, roll up your sleeves, and go deep into the problem
