About the role

Sales Operations Manager responsible for planning operations for Snowflake’s Partner and Product Specialist organizations, including territory design, quota setting, capacity planning, and in-year quota management within a hybrid, US-based role.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of territories, quotas, and compensation plans for Partner and Specialist organizations across all geographies, and drive alignment with Finance, Commissions, HR, and Field Ops.
  • Define and govern global policies for account moves, quota changes, and in-year adjustments, including methodology, guardrails, documentation, and change management behind them.
  • Lead quota and attainment reviews across global Partner and Specialist teams; identify root causes, surface tradeoffs, and drive resolution with senior stakeholders.
  • Anticipate how changes affect the field, Commissions, reporting, and systems, and design scalable solutions instead of one-time fixes.
  • Translate business requirements into process, data, and tooling changes in Pigment, Salesforce, and Snowflake.
  • Design workflows that produce decision-ready outputs, with methodology, confidence levels, and edge cases surfaced and validation built in from the start.
  • Encode institutional knowledge, such as quota methodology, territory logic, and planning rules, in versioned skills and documentation that capture the why along with the how.
  • Build and maintain production AI skills that encode planning methodology, validation logic, and recurring analysis for your domain. If a task runs more than twice, it should be a skill.
  • Lead small cross-functional project teams, present recommendations to senior leadership, and drive decisions forward.

Qualifications

  • 6 to 8+ years of experience in GTM strategy, planning, or sales operations, ideally at a high-growth enterprise technology company.
  • Track record of owning complex planning work-streams end to end, such as territory design, quota setting, capacity modeling, or compensation operations.
  • Experience solving ambiguous, cross-functional problems during rapid growth.
  • Strong influence skills with senior stakeholders; ability to frame tradeoffs and move groups to a decision.
  • Hands-on experience building automated or AI-assisted workflows (scripts, bots, AI skills, self-service tools) with measurable results (hours saved, errors caught, cycles shortened).
  • Deep experience with Salesforce and sales planning platforms such as Pigment or Anaplan.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, economics, or other quantitative field; MBA is a plus.
