About the role

Technical Program Manager focused on Data Analytics within the Audit, Risk, and Compliance (ARC) Group Operations team. Responsibilities include designing data-driven solutions, building low-code/no-code platforms, automating processes, and translating data into actionable insights to support ARC stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop or partner with Engineering to design solutions to complex technical needs.
  • Proposes, designs, builds and delivers solutions that transform large raw data sets into actionable insights and support on-going operational usage.
  • Collaborate with business partners to understand objectives, identify opportunities, and prioritize projects to deliver maximum business impact and ROI.
  • Ensure delivered solutions are stable, supportable, compliant, extensible, and trusted by business partners.
  • Improve business processes leveraging automation, AI, and agents.
  • Educate customers on how to leverage large data sets as an asset for their function/business.
  • Drive data standards and continuous improvement feedback loop.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year(s) of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
