About the role

Director-level strategic advisor to C-suite and senior leaders in a major banking institution, owning the technology strategy across Azure, AI, data, security, and cloud modernization to drive transformation, adoption, and measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the strategic technology advisor to C-suite and senior technology and business leaders, bringing deep banking industry knowledge and expertise across Microsoft Azure, AI, data, security, and cloud technologies to influence long-term technology decisions and transformation priorities.
  • Own the customer’s technology strategy and roadmap, translating business priorities into a multi-year technology vision and identifying the architecture, platforms, modernization opportunities, and capabilities needed to achieve measurable business outcomes.
  • Lead technology envisioning and opportunity creation, using industry, customer, and competitive insights to identify where AI, Azure, security, data, and cloud modernization can address critical business challenges and create new value.
  • Orchestrate Microsoft’s technical ecosystem, bringing together specialists, engineering, customer success, partners, and other technical resources to advance complex initiatives, remove technology barriers, and accelerate adoption and consumption.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within Microsoft, connecting customer priorities and feedback with product, engineering, and leadership teams while building executive alignment around Microsoft's technology strategy and innovation roadmap.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND 7+ years technical consulting, technical consultative selling, practice building, or related technical/sales/industry experience OR equivalent experience.
