About the role

Enterprise Architect role in Microsoft Innovation Hub (Atlanta, GA) focusing on AI business applications including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, agents, and Agent 365 / Microsoft 365 E7 to translate business processes into scalable AI-driven solutions. On-site, 100% Microsoft onsite in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering customer engagements: Prepare and deliver technical engagements including strategy sessions, envisioning workshops, architecture design sessions and rapid prototyping to demonstrate key capabilities, validate against identified risks and finalize technology choices.
  • AI Transformation Leadership: Guide transformation journeys, prioritize AI use cases through design thinking, and align Hub activities with customer impact.
  • Strategic Vision and Planning: Own and execute a strategic vision for AI transformation initiatives across targeted accounts, coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Solution Design and Architecture: Develop comprehensive solution architectures that are scalable, secure and performant based on customer requirements.
  • Cross Platform Collaboration: Integrate capabilities across the cloud platform and optimize cross-platform integration.
  • Technical Depth: Maintain expertise in Microsoft 365 and AI-based business applications to support transformation initiatives.
  • Technical Sales and Sales Leadership: Align technical capabilities with sales opportunities and engage with sales leadership and account teams.
  • Other: Embody culture and values; role is 100% onsite in Atlanta.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 6+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
  • OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
  • OR equivalent experience.
