About the role

Lead the architecture and technical direction of the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations UI layer, shaping end-to-end technical direction, mentoring engineers, and collaborating across engineering, design, and product management to deliver secure, reliable, performant, and accessible UI experiences for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the architecture and technical direction of the F&O UI layer, including key design decisions and evolution of the platform.
  • Lead the design of secure, compliant, reliable, performant, scalable, and accessible UI architecture, considering requirements and dependencies across the end-to-end product stack.
  • Partner closely with engineering, product management, and design teams to translate customer and product requirements into cohesive technical designs and deliver high-quality user experiences.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, prototype new UI and interaction concepts, and establish technical direction for areas including MCP Apps and AI-enabled application experiences.
  • Lead technical discussions and design reviews across teams, identify dependencies and architectural risks, and drive alignment on solutions and delivery.
  • Mentor engineers, establish engineering best practices, and help teams build maintainable, testable, secure, and high-quality software.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python - OR equivalent experience.
