About the role

Hands-on Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) in the Technical Success team within AI Apps & Agents, working globally to design, build, and productionize AI-related solutions, drive customer value, unblock blockers, and contribute to IP/assets and product feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Understand customers' AI transformation business priorities and success measures.
  • Innovate with AI Application solutions that drive business value.
  • Deliver solutions with high performance, security, scalability, maintainability, repeatability, reusability, and reliability upon deployment.
  • Gather insights from customers and partners.
  • Drive Consumption Growth: develop opportunities to enhance Customer Success and help customers extract value from their Microsoft investments; curate and produce high quality guidance for internal/external communities and customers.
  • Unblock Customer Challenges: identify resolutions for blockers using subject matter expertise; follow best practices and utilize repeatable IP.
  • Build repeatable IP and assets to accelerate deployment and maximize value from Unified investment; continuously improve assets with field inputs.
  • Architect AI Applications & Solutions: design solutions aligned with business/IT needs; roadmap AI innovations, lead POCs/MVPs, ensure long-term viability.
  • Advocate for Customers: share insights/best practices, collaborate with Engineering to address blockers, influence product improvements and roadmaps.
  • Continuous Learning: stay updated on market trends, engage with AI technical community, educate customers about Azure AI.
  • Accelerate Outcomes: share expertise with field teams, contribute to IP creation, promote reusability, gather field feedback to drive improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND 4+ years’ experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or Business Applications consulting OR equivalent experience.
  • Business Value: ability to convey business needs/value of proposed solutions, plans, and risks to stakeholders.
  • Trusted Advisership: ability to build trusted advisor relationships across technical and business decision makers.
  • Situational fluency: interpret verbal/non-verbal cues to read the room.
  • Insightful listening: ask insightful questions to understand needs, issues, drivers.
