About the role

Cloud Solution Architect to design & build AI and Agentic solutions, delivering repeatable AI capabilities and enabling adoption of Microsoft AI solutions across Copilot, Copilot Studio, Foundry, Fabric, Azure AI, App Services, GitHub and data platforms. On-site role based in Mexico City, Mexico.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customer developers & engineers to understand their application, data, and AI priorities, and build secure AI & Agentic solutions that drive business value and customer satisfaction.
  • Work on technical engagements across architecture design, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to accelerate adoption of Copilot, Copilot Studio, Foundry, Fabric, Azure AI, App Services, GitHub, and data platforms.
  • Leverage AI to automate and deliver repeatable processes that help customers achieve faster outcomes and deliver repeatable IP aligned with AI and Agentic Solutions.
  • Engage in relevant communities to share expertise, contribute to IP creation, prioritize IP re-use, and learn from others to help accelerate your customer’s AI transformation journey.
  • Act as the Voice of the Customer by sharing insights and feedback with account teams to identify opportunities and remove adoption blockers.
  • Maintain deep technical expertise and stay current with AI trends and technologies such as Copilot, Copilot Studio, Foundry, Fabric, Azure AI, GitHub, Security solutions, while contributing to internal and external technical communities.
  • Actively participate in onboarding, technical training, and ongoing skill development programs.
  • Incorporate coaching feedback to improve technical accuracy, efficiency, and customer interaction quality
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset by continuously aligning your skills to current and future customer needs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field OR equivalent experience
