About the role

Product Manager II for Microsoft Copilot to shape AI-first experiences in the Copilot app across Windows/Mac, focusing on growth, discovery and user satisfaction with data-driven and customer-centric product development.

Responsibilities

  • Use data, customer insights and partnership across PM, engineering, data science, user research and design disciplines to develop and deliver product improvements with hypothesis for growth, discovery and satisfaction in the Copilot app (Windows/Mac).
  • Develop deep understanding of the business, our customers, and the competitive landscape through market and customer research.
  • Partner across engineering teams, design, marketing, and business to execute on the roadmap — focus on rapid iteration, learning and improvement.
  • Define clear metrics and projected impact for all investments using a product and customer led growth approach.
  • Foster an environment that encourages diversity of thought and an inclusive team culture in a geographically distributed and hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development.
  • OR equivalent experience.
