About the role

Senior Digital Solution Engineer for SME&C supporting mid-market customers to design secure, scalable, and resilient cloud architectures leveraging Microsoft Cloud and AI infrastructure and platform services, including migration, modernization, and AI-enabled infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Drive technical sales through technical demonstrations, proofs of concept, architecture guidance, and solution design to support customer deployment decisions
  • Lead architecture sessions and technical workshops to accelerate Microsoft Cloud and AI adoption.Build trusted relationships with technical stakeholders to co-design secure, scalable, and resilient solutions
  • Resolve technical blockers by collaborating with engineering teams and sharing customer insights
  • Maintain knowledge of cloud migration across Windows, SQL Server, Linux, PostgreSQL, and application workloads, including resiliency, security, and compliance
  • Develop knowledge of enterprise applications and partner technologies, including SAP, Oracle, VMware, NetApp, and Red Hat
  • Represent Microsoft in customer forums and technical communities by sharing technical knowledge and guidance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field AND 4+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience
