About the role

Enterprise Account Executive covering a leave of absence role, working with large customers to drive AI-enabled transformation using Microsoft solutions (AI, Azure, Copilot, Security) and leading cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes and revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth. Own the account strategy and lead your team to deliver customer outcomes, adoption, consumption and revenue.
  • Solve the problem. You know when the problem is yours to solve or how to bring the right person in to solve it. Either way, you stay on it until the problem is solved.
  • Build executive relationships. Become a trusted partner to C-suite, business and technology leaders.
  • Lead the team. Bring together the best of Microsoft and our partner ecosystem around the customer’s biggest priorities.
  • Create opportunities. Connect customer challenges to strong business cases and Microsoft solutions.
  • Compete and win. Differentiate Microsoft, expand our strategic position and grow our share of the customer’s technology investment.
  • Turn strategy into action. Build alignment across complex customer organizations and keep everyone moving toward measurable outcomes.
  • Stay curious. AI is moving fast; thrive by learning, challenging the status quo, and guiding customers and teams.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration AND 4+ years experience working in an industry driving digital transformation OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field AND 6+ years experience in the same context OR equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years account management experience OR equivalent.
