About the role

Director-level leadership role focused on guiding a team to advance customer success through Microsoft’s AI and cloud solutions in the US Federal sector. Manages pipelines, forecasts, and end-to-end customer transformation initiatives, and collaborates across leaders to align strategy with market opportunities and customer/partner needs. Emphasizes people management,.sales execution, and AI/cloud-driven transformations.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as a customer and partner advocate within the area to refine strategy and improve GTM execution.
  • Encourages early engagement of strategic partners in the sales process to enhance adoption and value realization.
  • Participates in rhythms of business (RoB) considering customer and internal viewpoints.
  • Delivers insights to improve GTM strategies and aligns sales plays with market and customer needs.
  • Matches solution scenarios with customer/partner organizations to add value.
  • Acts as a trusted advisor to customers and partners to foster marketplace success.
  • Engages in conversations highlighting strategic relationships between Microsoft, partners, and customers.
  • Advocates for customer support resources to accelerate value realization and transformation.
  • Manages and develops a team, overseeing project execution and performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field AND 6+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management OR equivalent experience.
