About the role

GTM leader responsible for accelerating Copilot consumption and adoption across ANZ, driving customer transformation patterns and revenue growth for AI Business Solutions across Copilot-related experiences and platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategies and execution plans that accelerate Copilot consumption, customer activation, and business value realization across priority customers and markets in ANZ, growing Copilot consumption revenue, adoption, and consumption expansion across the Area
  • Lead the commercialization and adoption of new Copilot experiences, including Cowork, Copilot Code, Autopilot, Managed Apps, Work IQ, Copilot Studio, and GitHub Copilot, across the diverse markets of the ANZ Area
  • Partner with ANZ subsidiary leadership, Area and subsidiary field teams, and the local partner ecosystem to identify high-value customer scenarios, expand production usage, and increase consumption across personas, business processes, and workloads
  • Develop scalable GTM motions, playbooks, and best practices that accelerate customer transformation and drive repeatable growth that can be landed consistently across ANZ markets
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and stakeholders across ANZ on consumption strategy, customer outcomes, and growth opportunities, and influence product roadmap discussions through customer insights, adoption trends, and consumption signals from the Area
  • Exemplify Microsoft Values, Culture and Leadership Principles, creating clarity by building a shared understanding and a clear course of action, generating energy across teams, and delivering success as a boundary-less leader who pursues the right outcomes

Qualifications

  • 7+ years GTM strategy, solution sales, business development, customer success, consulting, product marketing, or technology transformation work experience
