About the role

Poetic is building the recruiting infrastructure for a high-volume operation, owning the recruiting technology stack, analytics, and processes to scale hiring in a rapid-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • own and scale the infrastructure supporting Poetic’s high-volume recruiting operation alongside the founding talent team
  • build out Poetic's hiring process in a rapid-growth environment
  • build reliable systems, analytics, and processes that enable us to hire efficiently as we grow
  • own our recruiting technology stack, establish strong data foundations, and leverage AI and automation to improve how our team operates

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in Recruiting Operations at a high growth startup
  • Strong hands-on experience configuring and improving a modern ATS; direct Ashby experience is required
  • Deep experience with talent tools and reporting, building strategy out of ambiguity
  • Demonstrated experience independently building AI-powered tools, automations, or internal applications to solve operational problems. Comfortable leveraging modern AI tools to rapidly prototype and deploy practical solutions.
  • Strong analytical judgment, with experience diagnosing operational inefficiencies, prioritizing improvements, and translating recruiting data into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience with data analytics.
