About the role

Senior People Partner to support Go-To-Market and Sales teams, partnering with GTM leaders to align talent strategy with business outcomes, in a fast-paced, AI-enabled environment. Remote role open to US or Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a Strategic Thought Partner: Establish yourself as an indispensable, embedded partner to sales and GTM leaders by aligning talent priorities directly with business outcomes.
  • Drive Creative Problem-Solving: Diagnose team, manager, and organizational needs and recommend business-aligned solutions.
  • Execute Core Talent Programs: Drive talent management, compensation/reward programs, and retention strategies to lower attrition in high-volume GTM environments.
  • Collaborate Across the People Function: Partner with Regional People Partners, Program Managers, and COEs to deliver strategic people solutions.
  • Champion Samsara's Culture: Model and embed cultural principles as the company scales globally.
  • Connect in Person: Travel roughly once per quarter for leadership offsites and key team gatherings.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of People Partnering.
  • Experience partnering with go-to-market teams (sales, CS or similar) or broader People experience with business partnering.
  • Learning oriented with demonstrated experience leveraging AI to automate routine tasks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment with changing focus.
  • Excellent analytical capability, attention to detail, and problem-solving.
  • Experience using data to identify insights and influence leadership decision-making.
  • Effective communication, consulting, coaching and facilitation skills.
