Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage logistics, Supply operations, transportation, and customer services.
  • Direct, optimize, and coordinate the entire order cycle.
  • Direct, optimize, and coordinate the in-home clinical staff scheduling and routing systems.
  • Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers.
  • Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency.
  • Arrange supply layout, catalog goods, plan routes, and process shipments.
  • Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
  • Supervise, coach, and train the logistic workforce.
  • Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to assess efficiency and implement improvements.
  • Comply with relevant laws, regulations, and practice requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proven working experience as a Logistics Coordinator.
  • Successful track record in distribution and logistics management.
  • Demonstrable leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in standard logistics software.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in accounting, business accounting, or finance
