About the role

Storyteller for Agentio's product, turning facts, stats and launch briefs into compelling copy and enabling materials for sales, CS, and GTM teams. Owns and updates the enablement system and collateral after launches, ensuring materials stay current.

Responsibilities

  • The overarching Agentio story: what we offer, how it works, why customers love it
  • The aha layer: value prop language per persona, modular story blocks, emotional copy
  • The modular pitch by SKU and brand type
  • Pitch deck, one-pagers, battlecards, QBR template, measurement guidance and onboarding playbook, each updated within a week of a launch brief
  • The enablement system itself: one asset library, every asset current whenever product, pricing or packaging changes
  • Weekly collateral requests from sales and CS
  • Win/loss language folded back into battlecards
  • Customer-facing framing for launch emails, LinkedIn posts and website product pages
  • Edits for resonance on launch copy where needed
