Responsibilities

  • Automate insurance workflows for outpatient facilities (verification, prior authorization, coverage detection).
  • Develop AI agents that read documents, navigate insurer websites, and integrate with existing customer systems.
  • Write and improve prompts for agents, test on real cases, and measure accuracy on live traffic.
  • Ship features across a Next.js frontend and a FastAPI backend; utilize workflow tools like n8n where appropriate.
  • Collaborate directly with customer teams to deploy automations inside their organizations.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in AI/ML or full-stack engineering with production systems you owned from first version to live use.
  • Experience coding with Claude Code, Codex, or similar coding agents; ability to review and test outputs.
  • Production LLM experience: prompt design and versioning, evals, and A/B testing on real traffic.
  • Experience integrating with messy external systems: third-party APIs, webhooks, browser automation, document/file processing.
  • Comfort across frontend, backend, and AI systems.
