About the role

Senior full-stack engineer needed to own features from idea to launch, with strong backend (Python/Django) and frontend (React) capabilities, plus cross-functional collaboration and on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product leaders and your team members to build features for our core partners
  • Contribute to innovation related to the team’s mission of quality and scalability
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members on engineering best practices
  • Serve on the on-call rotation to support high availability goals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
  • 5+ years of experience, ideally across the stack
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners like product managers and solutions engineering
