About the role

Leads the infrastructure and operating system to sustain velocity during scale, owning cross-functional operational cadence, systems, and AI enablement for a hybrid, multi-country organization.

Responsibilities

  • Operating Cadence: Running the planning and alignment cycles including OKR planning, workforce, and headcount planning.
  • Operating System: Building and maintaining the infrastructure layer that enables faster movement, including systems of record, org taxonomy and governance, and knowledge management for a remote-first team.
  • AI Enablement & Agentification: Ensuring teams have tools and knowledge to work with AI; owning internal AI enablement framework, managing tool access and rollout, identifying where agents/automation can accelerate operations, and building learning opportunities and champions programs; collaboration with Security, IT, and Automations team.
  • Operations Centre of Excellence: Defining great operations, embedding them across the company, establishing repeatable best practices, up-skilling teams, and handing off work cleanly.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience building and leading a Strategy & Operations or BizOps function at a high-growth technology company (ideally through a scaling inflection such as Series B–D).
  • Track record of standing up functions and systems from scratch and handing them off.
  • Structured problem-solving background (strategy consulting, BizOps or Chief of Staff with strategic scope, or operator role with systems-building and executive influence).
  • Strong AI and tooling fluency with a focus on enabling AI across the organization.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to earn trust in a flat, high-velocity environment.
