About the role

Chief of Staff to partner with the Head of Talent in building and scaling ElevenLabs’ global Talent organization, spanning GTM, G&A, Technical recruiting, Talent Operations and Talent Programs. Lead high-visibility projects, embed with teams, and turn Talent strategy into actionable execution.

Responsibilities

  • Turn Talent strategy into execution. Partner with the Head of Talent to identify priorities, evaluate tradeoffs, and translate decisions into clear plans, owners, and outcomes.
  • Embed where you can make the greatest difference. Diagnose progress blockers and take responsibility for improving it, including leading hiring initiatives, strengthening processes, or supporting a function through change.
  • Lead high visibility projects from idea to outcome. Own strategic initiatives sponsored by the Head of Talent and senior leaders, such as new sourcing experiments and targeted talent campaigns.
  • Improve how the Talent organization works together. Resolve cross-team issues, improve decision-making, and turn successful approaches into repeatable ways of working, including better use of tools and AI.

Qualifications

  • Deep talent expertise with experience navigating hypergrowth at scale in a global organization
  • Experience hiring hundreds to thousands of hires annually across multiple regions/time zones
  • Ability to shape strategy and execute, advising executives, planning from ambiguous briefs, and deep project ownership
  • Led teams or complex talent initiatives with clear accountability for results, able to earn trust quickly and operate through influence or ownership
  • Delivered high-visibility projects with senior executives, demonstrating structure, pace, and sound judgment in evolving priorities.
