About the role

Senior Manager, Finance Systems responsible for strategy, implementation, and optimization of core finance systems with initial focus on NetSuite, expanding to Procure-to-Pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Report processes; lead a high-performing Finance Systems function in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build & Shape the Finance Systems Function: define structure, vision, roles, responsibilities, and growth paths within the team as it expands.
  • Create Scalable Solutions: define, build, and optimize processes, methodologies, and tools for Netsuite and other finance systems; set standards for configuration, data management, integrations, and reporting.
  • Implement Best Practices: establish and enforce best practices for system configuration, data integrity, user management, security, testing, and deployment; ensure scalability and maintainability.
  • Manage Technical Resources: guide internal/external resources delivering NetSuite SuiteScript development, API integrations, and other technical requirements for finance systems.
  • Foster a Data-Driven Culture within Finance: promote data-driven insights, ensure access to data for accurate reporting, analysis, and decision-making.]
