About the role

Senior leadership recruitment role focused on scaling Airwallex's leadership bench globally, partnering with executives across GTM, G&A, Product, Engineering and Design to scope leadership roles, build executive search strategies, and own end-to-end executive searches.

Responsibilities

  • Own executive searches end to end, from sourcing and candidate engagement through offer acceptance.
  • Drive strategic hiring alignment with senior executives by shaping candidate profiles and search strategies.
  • Build trusted relationships with candidates and deliver a consistently positive executive candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, bringing market insight, strong judgment and influence to critical hiring decisions.
  • Improve executive recruiting practices as Airwallex continues to grow globally.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of recruitment experience, including hiring senior-level talent at VP or C-level in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
  • Strong ability to ramp up on new domains in a short period of time.
  • A proven track record of successfully recruiting and closing candidates across various domains.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
