About the role

Enterprise Account Executive focused on the Telco sector in Japan (Tokyo). Responsible for full-cycle enterprise sales, building relationships with CXOs and IT/LOB executives, and driving adoption of Snowflake solutions within target accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Become a Snowflake product expert and conduct discovery calls, customized demos, and presentations to prospects.
  • Understand customers' existing and future IT roadmaps to become a trusted advisor and promote Snowflake solutions in the market.
  • Qualify prospects, acquire new customers, and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Acquire, deploy, expand, and deepen sales opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Develop sales strategies using target prospect lists and account plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets within the assigned accounts/territory.
  • Build trust and close relationships with CxO, IT executives, LOB executives, and other key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Marketing, and Partners.

Qualifications

  • Enterprise or B2B software sales experience, with strengths in new business development and account growth (especially in telecommunications).
  • Ability to autonomously manage and prioritize the assigned territory.
  • Proven ability to identify customer issues, mobilize internal stakeholders, and move deals forward.
  • Experience in account planning, pipeline management, and building customer relationships to deliver results.
