About the role

FastTrack Full Stack Engineer to accelerate customer deployment, adoption, consumption, and value realization across Microsoft AI Business Solutions portfolio. Works with customers, partners, engineering, and field teams to remove adoption barriers and guide end-to-end deployment to secure AI transformation across Microsoft workloads (365, Security, Endpoint, Windows, Copilot, Agents, Identity, Data Protection). Depth of specialization (level 400) in Security or Copilot workloads.

Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through onboarding, deployment, and optimization of Microsoft cloud solutions focused on getting customers ready for AI & data security.
  • Deliver consultative technical guidance across multiple Microsoft solution areas while helping customers navigate dependencies between workloads.
  • Drive customer success by identifying and removing deployment blockers, mitigating risks, and accelerating time-to-value.
  • Partner closely with FastTrack Architects, Customer Success teams, Engineering, Product Groups, and Partners to achieve customer outcomes.
  • Enable customers to adopt secure AI experiences by connecting identity, security, compliance, endpoint, productivity, and agent-based solutions into cohesive deployment strategies.
  • Contribute to scalable delivery by sharing practices, improving playbooks, creating reusable guidance, and driving operational excellence.
  • Act as a customer advocate by bringing field insights and feedback into engineering and product improvement discussions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or related field and technical consulting, information technology (IT) administration, support, project management, customer success management, IT customer-facing experience OR equivalent experience.
  • At least one additional language spoken: Italian, Spanish, German, French, Portuguese or Arabic
