About the role

Senior Unified Digital Specialist in SME&C leads specialized sales resources to drive digital transformation for Mid-Market and Corporate customers, coaching on upsell/cross-sell, and accelerating cloud solution sales across territories.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Execution: Acts as a thought leader across solution areas to advise team on customer digital transformation, drive deployment value, and remove blockers to consumption by partnering with internal and external stakeholders
  • Scaling & Collaboration: Leads sales orchestration to proactively drive deal closure by aligning internal stakeholders and expanding relationships with Account Team leadership
  • Technical Expertise: Coaches team leveraging competitor and offering knowledge across solution areas as a subject matter expert to inform pursuit decisions
  • Sales Excellence: Drives end-to-end sales and delivery success of the assigned territory; enforces forecasting for accounts and reviews portfolio and territory plans to ensure intentional selling aligned with strategic priorities and client satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience OR 6+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.
  • 2+ years of solution or services sales experience.
  • Growth Mindset. Ability to overcome and work around problems that are inevitable in rapidly growing businesses – positive approach to problem solving, learning, and development.
