About the role

Datacenter Security Operations Manager in CO+I Physical Security responsible for physical security operations at datacenters and related facilities within the region, coordinating with vendor security staff, leading risk mitigation discussions, and communicating risk analyses to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation of physical security policies and procedures at applicable datacenters, ensuring vendor guard resources meet Microsoft and customer requirements to protect people, information, and critical infrastructure.
  • With minimal assistance, analyze security threats, alerts, or risks and escalate as needed; implement security protocols to protect personnel and assets; deliver and maintain security programs.
  • Partner with datacenter operations, security systems and other stakeholders to ensure secure and continuous operations within a One Team, One Microsoft environment.
  • Continuously improve the physical security program by leveraging data, recommending strategies, optimizing resources including budget management and forecasting, and scaling/automating processes.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years experience in security program or program management or related field OR equivalent experience.
