About the role

Role leads adoption and scaling of AI-powered solutions in Western Canada, driving the AI Workforce portfolio (Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and Agents, Microsoft 365 E7/E5/E3, Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop) through consultative selling, cross-functional collaboration, and end-to-end opportunity orchestration to deliver measurable business transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead consultative sales conversations with business decision makers, demonstrating how Microsoft AI solutions transform work.
  • Serve as trusted advisor by aligning AI solutions to customer priorities and guiding AI transformation journeys.
  • Drive adoption and growth of Microsoft AI solutions by delivering measurable customer value and business outcomes.
  • Partner with technical specialists, engineering, customer success, and partners to develop and execute end-to-end engagement and sales strategies.
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities through customer engagement, marketing programs, digital insights, and partner collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate account plans, pipelines, and customer engagement activities to support goals and sales execution.
  • Collaborate across Microsoft solution areas to deliver integrated customer solutions.
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to accelerate customer success and achieve shared objectives.
  • Demonstrate Microsoft values, ethical business practices, and proactive risk management.
  • Continuously develop expertise in AI, emerging technologies, and consultative selling.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 7+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience OR 9+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.
