About the role

Senior Customer Experience Program Manager responsible for programs that improve how Azure understands customer demand, capacity decisions, and delivery of computing resources. Partners across engineering, product, finance, capacity management, and operations to translate customer and business needs into scalable, data-driven solutions and durable capabilities that enhance the Azure customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess customer, operational, and business challenges within your domain, synthesizing information from multiple sources into clear recommendations and actionable plans.
  • Own cross-functional programs from problem definition through implementation, aligning objectives, milestones, dependencies, owners, and measures of success.
  • Translate customer demand, operational data, and business priorities into requirements and recommendations, evaluating tradeoffs and recommending the best path forward.
  • Design and implement process, automation, reporting, and workflow improvements that reduce manual effort, improve visibility, and enable faster, better-informed decisions.
  • Use customer and operational insights to identify recurring problems, emerging risks, and opportunities for improvement, partnering with the appropriate teams to address them.
  • Establish practical governance, decision paths, and operating processes that create clearer accountability and more consistent execution across teams.
  • Document and share reusable practices and lessons that help other teams adopt successful approaches and improve the capacity customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience
