About the role

Build the platform for enterprise AI agents via Microsoft Foundry Agent Services. Own a focused product area, turn customer problems into durable platform capabilities, and drive adoption, with emphasis on security, governance, and enterprise requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Product Vision, scenarios, requirements and a prioritized roadmap for a focused area of Foundry Agent Service, balancing near-term customer needs with long-term platform direction.
  • Use the product regularly, communicate progress and learning clearly, and contribute to an evidence-driven team culture.
  • Engage directly with developers and enterprise customers to understand jobs to be done, identify barriers from prototype to production, and translate signals into product decisions.
  • Partner with engineering and design from problem framing through delivery, defining clear scenarios and success criteria, resolving tradeoffs, and shipping coherent capabilities across APIs, SDKs, CLIs, portal experiences and documentation.
  • Define and track measures for activation, production adoption, reliability, retention and usage; use telemetry, experiments, customer feedback, and competitive analysis to guide iteration.
  • Drive product readiness across security, privacy, responsible AI, compliance, supportability, documentation, and go-to-market partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development, OR equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year of experience with generative AI agents, machine learning systems, distributed cloud services, developer tools, or related technologies.
  • 1+ years experience taking a cloud service, developer platform, API SDK, or enterprise software capability from problem definition through launch and iteration.
  • 1+ years experience using customer research, product telemetry, experiments, or market analysis to define priorities and improve measurable product outcomes.
