About the role

Senior Cloud Solution Architect specializing in AI solutions to accelerate customers' AI transformation using M365 Copilot, Agents, Copilot Studio, PowerPlatform, and Github Copilot. Customer-facing role as a strategic trusted advisor and technical SME focused on ROI and adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Be a trusted advisor and drive business value through AI Transformation: translating customer challenges into actionable solutions with high ROI outcomes.
  • Drive Customer Success: lead architectural design with business and technical decision makers to enable sustained usage of Copilot Chat, Agents, and M365 Copilot, ensuring renewal.
  • Leverage Agentic AI: apply Copilot prompt engineering and agent-building expertise to scale AI.
  • Explore growth opportunities: partner with technical and sales teams to identify opportunities and develop tailored solutions for expansion.
  • Accelerate Customer AI Transformation Journey: engage with communities, contribute to IP creation, promote IP reuse, and learn from others to accelerate AI transformation.
  • Embrace a growth mindset: share customer insights to inform internal strategy.
  • Learn-it-all: self-directed learning in Copilot Chat, Agents, M365 Copilot, value realization, adoption and change management; maintain technical readiness aligned to CSU priorities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field with proven experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, or consulting
  • OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field with extensive relevant experience
  • OR equivalent experience
  • Extensive experience in customer-facing roles
  • Extensive experience leading technical projects
  • Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert, Azure, AWS, Google, security certifications)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills in German and English
