About the role

Leader responsible for defining the technical and product strategy for the Copilot Offline Evaluation Platform, including dataset generation, test environment realism, scalable evaluation execution, and translating results into ship decisions. Owns end-to-end strategy, works hands-on within systems, mentors PMs and engineers, and drives multiple complex projects to align with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Define the strategic roadmap for platform initiatives aligned with business and product goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize key platform features and enhancements.
  • Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables, and communicate them effectively to teams and stakeholders.
  • Drive the execution of multiple complex projects with adherence to quality standards and timelines.
  • Work with engineering, data science, and product teams to define technical requirements and ensure alignment between platform capabilities and business needs.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, manage expectations, and provide regular updates.
  • Demonstrate deep technical knowledge of the platform, algorithms, and infrastructure needed for the product.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
