About the role

Cloud Solution Architect to help customers migrate, modernize and transform their architecture and applications, delivering secure, scalable AI solutions and guiding Azure AI adoption across EU markets. Roles include designing roadmaps, leading POCs/MVPs, writing code, and driving customer outcomes in multi-national contexts.

Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with customer IT and business decision makers to drive long-term cloud adoption and design secure, scalable, AI-powered solutions with measurable business value.
  • Lead architectural design sessions and deliver secure, scalable, resilient applications and AI solutions aligned to customer goals, utilizing CAF and WAF frameworks, POCs and MVPs.
  • Get hands-on: write code, build prototypes and MVPs, and co-develop with customer and partner engineering teams.
  • Own end-to-end technical delivery results and collaborate with the account team on consumption and customer success plans.
  • Take ownership of customer outcomes, driving issues to resolution across customer, partner, and multinational teams.
  • Drive migration and modernization initiatives across application and AI workloads with committed POCs and production milestones.
  • Deliver repeatable IP to accelerate Azure adoption and contribute to centralized IP development.
  • Provide delivery oversight and escalation support for strategic engagements across application and AI workloads.
  • Identify and resolve technical blockers to accelerate go-live and share Voice of the Customer feedback with Microsoft engineering.
  • Lead health, resiliency, security, and optimization of mission-critical AI workloads for production-scale use cases.
  • Achieve and maintain certifications in priority Cloud & AI Apps workloads.
  • Maintain deep technical expertise and stay current with market trends and Microsoft capabilities.
  • Demonstrate growth mindset by learning, contributing to communities, sharing best practices and mentoring others.

Qualifications

  • Proven hands-on software development experience (e.g. C#/.NET, Python, Java, TypeScript) with solid engineering fundamentals.
  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) and infrastructure as code.
  • Customer-facing experience with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work across multinational teams.
  • Business fluency in English.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field OR equivalent experience.
