About the role

The Americas Sales & Operations Execution Manager will own end-to-end management of the Surface Devices and Accessories Consumer business for all regions, leading demand and supply planning, aligning with product strategy and financial plans, and coordinating with Devices Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales Operations to ensure reliable product availability for retail partners.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end alignment of demand & supply planning process, to our product strategy and financial targets.
  • Lead Regional Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) forums to balance demand and supply risks and drive clarity and alignment across functional teams.
  • Engage and build positive relationships with stakeholders from Supply Chain, Channel Management, Category, Sales, Finance and Logistics teams to drive clarity and alignment on business needs.
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities and mitigate where possible.
  • Continually develop and improve processes and tools to keep pace with changing business environment and evolving tools like AI.
  • Build trust and credibility in managing existing relationships with internal teams while applying expertise to cross-functional and partner teams.
  • Manage and balance escalations to and from stakeholders, filtering non-applicable requests as needed.
  • Connect customer/partner opportunities with internal stakeholders and advocate for customers/partners to internal teams.
  • Define, develop, and implement demand plans, supply plans, risks and opportunities, and KPI tracking for stakeholder communication.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to finalize project budgets and scope of work to meet financial and company goals (e.g., realization/margin targets), ensuring adherence to change control processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years experience in data science/analytics, engineering, industrial engineering, supply chain, operations, or project management with a supply chain or operations field OR equivalent experience.
