About the role

Cloud Solution Architect for Cloud & AI Platform - Data & Analytics Solution in the Philippines CI/CD via CE&S CSU, focusing on adoption of Microsoft Fabric, Databases (SQL & OSS), Azure Databricks & Power BI on the Microsoft platform to drive customer/partner success and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the voice of the customer (VOC)/partner by learning to identify and share feedback around technical capabilities, blockers and insights that relate to the customer/partner with internal teams.
  • Demonstrate basic technical concepts and prove design solutions' capability through design collaboration sessions with the customer/partner and support customer skilling needs by participating in discussions on technical delivery with other internal and external stakeholders to transfer knowledge and contribute to customer readiness.
  • With supervision, identify issues and advise customers/partners to operate and optimize performance in accordance with Microsoft best practices and apply methodology and governance to minimize risks and adhere to quality assurance while contributing to design/delivery of solutions.
  • Learn about Microsoft's Cloud products/services/value propositions and share learnings with others; assess customer/partner needs and gather information to identify growth opportunities.
  • Identify and communicate areas in intellectual property (IP) that need refreshing or have gaps and contribute to IP development with guidance.
  • Leverage development opportunities (mentorships, training, internal events) to learn new technologies or services.
  • Embodies Microsoft culture and values.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 1 to 3+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.
