About the role

Solution Engineer in the AI Business Solutions – Copilot team leading technical engagements to drive AI transformation for enterprise customers, delivering demos, envisioning sessions, and scalable architectures to accelerate adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio & Agents.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver consistent growth in Copilot-related technical wins, with most strategic opportunities resulting in Microsoft securing the technical decision and displacing competing AI assistant platforms.
  • Achieve measurable increases in Copilot adoption and usage, including growth in MAU and deployment coverage across customer environments.
  • Drive Copilot-related consumption growth quarter-over-quarter, demonstrating expansion of AI workloads tied to Copilot solutions.
  • Deliver 100% coverage of technical close plans, including documentation of POC outcomes, migration strategies, risks, and adoption plans in MSX, enabling handoff and execution with CSU/partners.
  • Ensure 100% of qualified opportunities include consumption, aligned with CSU and partner execution, supporting structured handoff.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR 5+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
  • Global collaboration is integral to our work at Microsoft, and proficiency in English is essential for effective communication in this role.
