About the role

The Cloud & AI organization’s Microsoft Business Security team within the CISO organization seeks a Technical Program Manager II to drive risk mitigation strategies in Microsoft’s business functions, prioritizing risks from threat actors, developing technical and operational strategies, and coordinating with partners to implement mitigation efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Work with partners across the security organization to analyze and discover risks in key areas within Microsoft's business operations
  • Identify key security priorities in the space, based on assessment of threat actors and other key indicators, and align stakeholders on those priorities
  • Develop technical and operational mitigation strategies for top risks
  • Work with engineering, operational, and business counterparts to implement mitigation strategies
  • Regularly communicate across stakeholders and executives about the status of risk mitigation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development - OR equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year(s) of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
