About the role

Role to hire, coach, and lead a team that will architect and design services to manage Entra ID identities and access at scale. Focus on cybersecurity, people management, and operating large-scale online services within the IAM Protect team at Microsoft.

Responsibilities

  • Hire, coach, and grow a world-class team of software engineers.
  • Support customers and live site operation with a team of DevOps engineers.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership: architecture, design, code reviews, development, security, quality.
  • Partner with product management, partners, customers, and other stakeholders to define requirements, scope projects and ship products in rapid, iterative cycles.
  • Architecture and design of software systems.
  • Operating Online services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience
