About the role
Research internship in Microsoft Research’s EPIC group (Redmond Lab) focused on creating interactive experiences that blend artificial and human intelligence, spanning generative AI, HCI prototyping, multimodal interfaces, and agentic development.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with mentors and other Research Interns for 12 weeks
- Present findings and contribute to the community
- Engage in research and development across areas of EPIC’s agenda
- Pair with mentors and work on projects related to generative AI, interaction design, and UX research
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Doctorate Degree program in Computer Science or related STEM field
- Physically located at the manager’s Microsoft worksite location for the duration of internship
