Responsibilities

  • Drive initiatives with accountability, adaptability, and urgency to ensure timely execution and outcomes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across functions and levels to support decision making and drive business objectives.
  • Influence and align stakeholders, including leaders, to support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement.
  • Develop, analyze, and communicate performance metrics, dashboards, and scorecards for data-driven decisions.
  • Lead multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, ensuring on-schedule delivery aligned with business requirements.
  • Provide leadership and direction to teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field (or relevant experience/certifications in lieu of degree).
  • Experience in safety, environmental health and safety, or related roles with broad risk management across multiple sites (Finland or other European locations).
  • Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and applicable regulatory/industry safety standards relevant to construction and operations in Finland.
  • Experience implementing health and safety programs in construction environments aligned with global standards and local regulatory requirements.
