About the role

Technical sales role helping commercial customers design secure, scalable, resilient, compliant cloud architectures in Azure, focusing on infrastructure and modernization/Migration for Frontier AI transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead platform-estate modernization and sovereign cloud customer engagements
  • Lead technical workshops through live demonstrations, collaborative whiteboarding, architecture design, rapid prototyping, hands-on proofs of concept, and pilots to address technical blockers
  • Validate technical solutions and co-create or reuse existing architectures to influence solution design and support customer deployment decisions
  • Maintain deep expertise in cloud migration, including Windows, Linux, and application workloads, as well as resiliency, security, and compliance
  • Demonstrate familiarity with enterprise applications and platforms, including SAP, Oracle, and VMware
  • Demonstrate familiarity with other cloud platforms, including AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Embodiment of Microsoft culture and values (inclusion, respect, integrity, accountability) as part of posting structure

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR 5+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience
