About the role

Cloud Solution Architect - Azure SMB. Leads and coaches teams to design and deliver Azure-based architectures, drive customer success, scale engagements through partners, and provide technical leadership across multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Architecture Design and Deployment: Leads customer/partner projects that implement technical architecture(s); provides thought leadership for related business strategy development; ensures architects are equipped to deliver architectural demonstrations; sets team methodology and governance; drives validation of pilots/POCs across multiple accounts; leverages growth levers to ensure adoption of pilots.
  • Driving Customer Success: Builds long-term strategic vision, aligns with customers and partners, drives profitability, and ensures executive sponsorship; enables and mentors internal teams on resource usage and best practices; acts as Voice of the Customer.
  • Scale Customer Engagements: Identifies and remediates blockers, enables teams to engage key customer decision makers, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and uses insights to position architectures across multiple accounts; enhances credibility and leverages resources.
  • Scale Through Partners: Demonstrates demonstrations, expands partner networks, coaches teams, and promotes partner growth within Microsoft ecosystem; facilitates knowledge sharing and programmatic reuse.
  • Technical Leadership: Shares strategic and technical insights with leadership, conducts one-to-many events, ensures cloud platform readiness, and accelerates cloud adoption; leads content contributions and foster learning within the team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND experience in technical architect, technical consulting, design and implementation, and/or technical sales OR Relevant certifications from Microsoft or platforms AND experience in technical architect, technical consulting, design and implementation, and/or technical sales OR equivalent experience.
