About the role

Digital Solution Engineer in AI Business Solutions – Copilot team focused on leading technical engagements to drive AI transformation for SMB, Corporate, Strategy, and Partner customers. Responsible for enabling adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and related solutions through demos, envisioning sessions, scalable architectures, and secure AI productivity in regulated environments. Flexible up to 50% remote.

Responsibilities

  • Build Strategy: Develops strategic responses to market threats, documents competitive patterns, acts as SME on competition, provides feedback to product/engineering, tailors win strategies for local markets, promotes adoption of Microsoft solutions, and acts as voice of the customer.
  • Scale Customer Engagements: Identify and engage with customer decision makers, ensure engagement quality and standards, help validate scope, remove blockers, leverage programs and engage cross-functional teams to remediate escalations, build credibility with customers, lead engagement strategies and handoffs.
  • Scale Through Partners: Collaborate with partners and pre-sale teams, identify top go-to partners, review partner engagement, and drive partner orchestration at scale.
  • Solution Design and Proof: Adapt architecture patterns across technologies, demonstrate assets, run demos/ADS/POC sessions with partners and customers, leverage partner/customer teams for re-use, ensure alignment with Microsoft standards.
  • Technical Leadership: Lead training/events, foster cross-platform learning, build readiness plans, participate in tech communities, and mentor others.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field
  • 6+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience or equivalent experience
  • 12+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience (preferred)
  • 6+ years experience with cloud/hybrid/on-prem infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management
  • Certification in relevant (Microsoft or industry) technologies or disciplines (e.g., Office 365, Power BI, Azure Administrator/Architect/Developer, Cloud Platform Technologies, Information Security, Architecture)
