About the role

Software Engineer II with frontend, backend, or full-stack experience to build AI-enabled solutions within the M365 suite. Focus on delivering the right solution for users by leveraging AI technologies and collaborating across cross-functional teams to create intuitive, productive experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the definition of key scenarios, use cases, and end-user experiences.
  • Design, implement and refine chosen solutions in close partnership with product management, design, and partner teams.
  • Identify hard problems, evaluate the pros/cons of practical solutions, and drive decision making.
  • Become part of a talented team that values diverse ideas, perspectives, and backgrounds and be a role model for an open, honest, and inclusive approach to solving problems.
  • Leverage others to drive clarity and empower yourself to keep moving forward.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript or Python - OR equivalent experience.
