About the role

Datacenter Site Operations Manager (SOM) for Microsoft's Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I). Responsible for leading IT Operations and Critical Environment (Electrical & Mechanical) to ensure safety, security, compliance, availability, and efficient service delivery across Microsoft’s datacenters.

Responsibilities

  • Champion a strong culture of safety, security, compliance, and service availability across data centre operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 6+ years of experience in mission-critical service management (IT services, manufacturing, warehousing, retail, military operations, or physical operations within IT/critical environment infrastructure).

Skills
